當你使用本 Skill 進行診斷時，我們會處理你在對話中主動提供的資訊，可能包含：

我們仰賴 Capafy 平台與底層 AI 服務商提供的標準傳輸加密與存取控管機制保護資料傳輸過程， 但請注意任何線上服務皆無法保證絕對安全，請避免在對話中提供非必要的高度敏感個人資料 （例如身分證字號、完整銀行帳號、密碼等）。
本服務設計對象為 25-35 歲成年上班族，不刻意鎖定或蒐集兒童（未滿 18 歲，或依當地法規定義之未成年人）的個人資料。 若我們發現有未成年人在未經監護人同意下提供個人資料，將依請求儘速刪除相關資訊。
我們可能不定期更新本隱私政策，重大變更會更新頁面上方「最後更新」日期。建議你定期查閱本頁面以了解最新內容。
本政策依台灣「個人資料保護法」及其相關法規精神制定，並參考歐盟 GDPR 及美國加州 CCPA/CPRA 等主要隱私法規之 基本原則（如告知、最小蒐集、目的限制、當事人權利）撰寫，以因應本服務可能之全球使用者。 若特定地區法規要求與本政策不一致，將以該地區強制性法規優先適用。

When you use this Skill for a diagnostic session, we process information you voluntarily share in the conversation, which may include:
We do not ask for your name, national ID, contact details, bank account numbers, or other directly identifying or highly sensitive personal data. If you voluntarily share such information anyway, we treat it under a data-minimization principle — used only to generate your report for that session, for no other purpose.
This Skill runs on the Capafy platform's cloud environment and processes your conversation via an underlying AI model provider (e.g. Anthropic) to generate responses. Your conversation content may be temporarily retained by Capafy and the AI provider under their own respective policies, for service delivery, security, and abuse prevention. See:
We (the Skill developer) do not separately maintain our own database to permanently store your conversation content. Any change to this practice will be reflected here with an updated date.

We rely on standard transport encryption and access controls provided by Capafy and the underlying AI provider. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please avoid sharing highly sensitive personal data (national ID numbers, full bank account numbers, passwords, etc.) in the conversation.
This service is designed for adult professionals aged 25–35 and does not knowingly target or collect personal data from children (under 18, or as defined by applicable local law). If we learn that a minor has provided personal data without guardian consent, we will delete it promptly upon request.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Please check back periodically.
This policy is drafted in the spirit of Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act and its related regulations, and references core principles of the EU GDPR and US CCPA/CPRA (such as notice, data minimization, purpose limitation, and data-subject rights) to serve this service's potential global user base.
